• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws and payment ecosystem regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all software components, source code, database architectures, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and brand assets on our platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Ntelitix Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our software applications as provisioned, without any transfer of ownership rights.

3. Accounts and Infrastructure Security

When you register an account or provision an instance on our software frameworks, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your administrative credentials and security keys. You assume full accountability for all operational and financial activities that occur under your domain or API tokens.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ntelitix Ltd provides its digital infrastructure and software utilities on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss, revenue deficits, or service interruptions—arising from your deployment or integration of our applications.

5. Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to your accounts or API profiles at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the operational integrity of our network infrastructure.
